「機械製造相關領域」，可擔任課程：工廠實習、工程圖學、CAD/CAM/CNC精密加工等相關課程，需實務教學。

「智慧製造相關領域」，具智慧載具開發設計相關經驗者尤佳，可擔任課程：AIoT、電子學、電路學、機構學、自動控制、智慧製造等相關課程。

National United University (NUU) Department of Mechanical Engineering is recruiting two full-time faculty members at the rank of Assistant Professor or above.

  1. Rank: Assistant Professor or above (two positions).
  2. Qualifications: Applicants should hold a domestically or internationally recognized Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, or possess a certificate of appointment as an Assistant Professor or above from the Ministry of Education, and have the ability to teach in English. Candidates with practical engineering experience or who have led relevant projects from the National Science Council/Ministry of Science and Technology/Ministry of Education/Ministry of Economic Affairs are preferred.
  3. Field of expertise:
    • In the field of "Mechanical Manufacturing", applicants should be able to teach courses such as Factory Practice, Engineering Graphics, CAD/CAM/CNC Precision Machining, and other related courses. The teaching of practical technique is required.
    • In the field of "Intelligent Manufacturing", applicants with experience in developing and designing smart vehicles are preferred. They should be able to teach courses such as AIoT, Electronics, Circuit Theory, Mechanics, Automatic Control, Intelligent Manufacturing, and other related courses.
  4. Expected starting date: August 1st, 2023.
  5. Required documents:
    • Curriculum vitae (in accordance with the format specified by the university (NUU) and including a list of publications within the past five years).
    • A photocopy of the Ph.D. degree certificate (or relevant proof of obtaining a Ph.D. degree before the appointment date).
    • A copy of academic publications or patents issued within the past five years (including the dissertation).
    • Any other relevant documents that may help with the evaluation.
