National Tsing Hua University, Institute of Space Engineering (Preparatory Office), invites applications for two full-time faculty positions.

The Preparatory Office of the Institute of Space Engineering, National Tsing Hua University, recruits two full-time faculty members at the Assistant Professor level or above.
We welcome outstanding candidates with expertise in space engineering or related fields.


1. Position Rank: Full-time faculty at the Assistant Professor level or above.
2. Eligibility Requirements:

  •  A Ph.D. degree from a domestic or foreign institution, or certification of being appointed Assistant Professor (or higher).
  • Demonstrated ability in interdisciplinary collaboration and willingness to engage in joint teaching and research with current faculty.

3. Areas of Expertise: Candidates with expertise in the following or related fields are encouraged to apply:

  • Satellite Engineering
  • Space Dynamics and Control
  • Space astronomical instruments
  • Communication Technologies and Mechatronic Systems
  • Space Materials and Structures
  • Space Communication and Sensing Technologies
  • Space Mission Design and Analysis
  • Aerospace Systems Engineering

4. Application Requirements

  •  Curriculum Vitae (including autobiography, academic and professional background, research specialties and achievements, teaching plan, and list of publications)
  • Copy of Ph.D. diploma or certificate
  •  Up to five representative publications (within the past 3 years)
  •  Proposed courses and syllabi
  • Three recommendation letters (to be sent directly to: space@my.nthu.edu.tw)
  • Other supporting documents (e.g., awards, patents)
