主旨：本校擬設置「台北政經學院(TSE)」舉辦公聽會，歡迎本校教職員工生與會交流，   相關訊息如下：

  一、事由：台北政經學院基金會籌備委員會邀請本校參與籌設「台北政經學院」（Taipei School of Economics and Political Science,簡稱TSE）」，爰有關本校擬設置「台北政經學院(TSE)」，舉辦公聽會聽取本校教職員工生意見。

  二、依據：國立清華大學公聽會作業要點。

  三、日期：109年2月26日(星期三) 14:00。

  四、地點：旺宏館7樓行政中心第一會議室(R721)。

  五、主辦：國立清華大學秘書處。

  六、公聽會流程：

   (一)進場及簽到  13:40～14:00

   (二)主持人致詞  14:00～14:05

   (三)規劃內容簡報  14:05～14:20

   (四)意見交流  14:20～15:20

   (五)結語  15:20～15:30

   (六)散會  15:30

  七、備註：

   (一)意見交流時依主持人指定順序發言，每人以3分鐘為限，以未曾發言者爲優先。

   (二)發言者請配合填寫發言單並署名，未填寫發言單者，陳述或發問內容主辦單位得    擇其要旨紀錄之（發言單請見附檔）。

   (三)無法出席者，得以書面陳述意見，請於109年2月25日(星期二) 17：00前擲送秘    書處議事及法規組王佩倫小姐(分機62483)，Email：dcr@my.nthu.edu.tw。

NTHU Public Hearing Announcement

Agenda: Establishment of “Taipei School of Economics and Political Science (TSE)” in NTHU

The preparatory committee of the Taipei School of Economics and Political Science Foundation has invited NTHU to establish TSE in NTHU. This public hearing welcomes interested faculties, staff and students to join and share their opinions.

5. Remarks:

(1) Please make your statement in the order specified by the chair, limited to 3 minutes per person. Priority is given to those who haven’t spoken before.

(2) For those who make statement, please fill out and sign on the statement sheet (see the attachment). If the speaker chooses not to fill out and submit a statement sheet, the organizer will extract the main points of his/her statement as the meeting minute.
