清大科法所辦理的NTHU-SMU-ASIL系列演講，本週進入壓軸場次-第五、六場，歡迎各界踴躍報名參加：

第五場由夏威夷大學Mānoa分校William S. Richardson School of Law Richard C. Chen教授，以「Formalism in Investment Treaty Arbitration: A Critical Assessment」為題發表演講，新加坡管理大學楊邦孝法學院劉漢威副教授主持討論，與談人為新加坡管理大學楊邦孝法學院Stefanie Schacherer助理教授與史丹佛大學法學院羅懋緯講師。

Prof. Richard C. Chen from William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, will deliver a lecture on "Formalism in Investment Treaty Arbitration: A Critical Assessment." The discussion will be moderated by Prof. Han-Wei Liu from SMU Yong Pung How School of Law, with discussants Prof. Stefanie Schacherer from SMU Yong Pung How School of Law and Mao-Wei Lo from Stanford Law School.

第六場將由本所彭心儀特聘教授針對其新書「International Economic Law in the Era of Datafication」進行介紹，主持人為紐約州立大學水牛城分校法學院Meredith Kolsky Lewis教授，並由蘇黎世大學Rolf H. Weber教授與談。

Session 6 will feature a presentation by Prof. Shin-Yi Peng from our institute, introducing her new book, "International Economic Law in the Era of Datafication." Prof. Meredith Kolsky Lewis from University at Buffalo School of Law, The State University of New York, will moderate the session, with Prof. Rolf H. Weber from Universität Zürich joining the discussion.
