NTHU-SMU-ASIL系列演講

清大科法所辦理的NTHU-SMU-ASIL系列演講，本週將進入第三跟第四場次，歡迎各界踴躍報名參加：

本週第三跟第四場次邀請到新加坡管理大學楊邦孝法學院 SMU Yong Pung How School of Law Stefanie Schacherer助理教授以及美國印第安那大學布魯明頓分校Maurer法學院 Indiana University - Maurer School of Law Asaf Lubin副教授，將分別就「氣候科技與國際投資協定」以及「情報蒐集與跨國資料治理」議題進行演講。

Sessions 3 and 4 of the NTHU-SMU-ASIL Series are scheduled for November 30th and December 1st at the National Tsing Hua University. Prof. Stefanie Schacherer from SMU Yong Pung How School of Law and Prof. Asaf Lubin from Maurer School of Law, Indiana University Bloomington, will present on “Emerging Climate Technologies and International Investment Agreements” and “Intelligence Collection and Transnational Data Governance”.

第三場由澳洲 UOW: University of Wollongong, Australia Markus Wagner副教授主持，與談人為國立政治大學 National Chengchi University (NCCU) 薛景文副教授以及The Chinese University of Hong Kong 香港中文大學 - CUHK Yueming Yan助理教授。
Session 3 will be moderated by Prof. Markus Wagner from University of Wollongong, with discussants Prof. Ching-Wen Hsueh from National ChengChi University and Prof. Yueming Yan from Chinese University of Hong Kong.

第四場由中央研究院 Academia Sinica歐美研究所 吳建輝研究員主持，與談人為本所李怡俐助理教授以及澳洲University of New South Wales UNSW Natalie Klein教授。

Session 4 will be moderated by Research Fellow Chien-Huei Wu from Institute of European and American Studies, Academia Sinica, with discussants Prof. Yi-Li Lee from our institute and Prof. Natalie Klein from University of New South Wales. We look forward to your participation in these discussions!
