在全球邁向淨零排放的關鍵轉折點，氣候政策、碳市場與國際治理機制已成為各國政府與產業發展的核心議題。本系列課程由國際知名碳權大師，同時也是本國環境部顧問的 Axel Michaelowa 主講，系統性解析全球氣候治理架構與淨零轉型趨勢。

Michaelowa老師長期參與 UNFCCC 氣候談判，並擔任 IPCC 評估報告主筆作者，長期參與國際氣候政策、碳市場機制及氣候融資等領域研究，並具豐富國際氣候談判與政策實務經驗，將為本課程提供兼具理論深度與實務視角之專業指導。

   本系列講座歡迎所有政府機關人員、企業永續與ESG從業人員、研究人員、在校學生及一般民眾報名。

   同時分為4/28、4/29、4/30及5/5、5/6、5/7兩系列，供本校學生修習微學分，報名微學分者，需進行簽到退，完成指定時數(9小時)可計0.5學分，依本校微學分辦法辦理，是否採認為專業選修學分，則由學生就讀系所審定。

International Climate Policy Lecture Series｜Now Open for Registration

At a critical turning point in the global transition toward net-zero emissions, climate policy, carbon markets, and international governance mechanisms have become central to both government strategies and industrial development. This lecture series is delivered by internationally renowned carbon market expert and advisor to Taiwan’s Ministry of Environment, Axel Michaelowa, offering a systematic exploration of global climate governance frameworks and net-zero transition trends.

Prof. Michaelowa has long participated in UNFCCC negotiations and served as a lead author for IPCC assessment reports. With extensive research and practical experience in international climate policy, carbon market mechanisms, and climate finance, he brings both theoretical depth and real-world insight to this course.

Course Information

This lecture series is open to government officials, sustainability and ESG professionals, researchers, students, and the general public.

The program consists of two sessions:

• April 28, 29, 30
• May 5, 6, 7

For university students, the course is offered as a micro-credit program. Students enrolling for credit are required to complete attendance sign-in/out and fulfill the required hours (9 hours) to earn 0.5 credits, in accordance with university regulations. Recognition as elective credit is subject to approval by the student’s department.
